These have been an absolute godsend.. a pack of 2 so I was able to keep one for myself and gave my son the other one.. I use mine in my heated coat and gave my son the other mainly for his iPhone as he always forgets to charge it before leaving the house.. My coat stays warm for hours on the highest setting, on the medium setting it lasts all day.. not sure how long my son gets on his iPhone but I do know I am always able to get in touch with him now thanks to this battery pack.. It’s not too heavy and it’s very slim so fits perfectly into any pocket..

I purchased these about three months ago and they are a life saver, I don’t know how I coped without them. The design is sleek and compact so it’s perfect for when I’m on the go and can fit in a small bag or pocket easily. When I first received them it took a few hours to change to full capacity and I was worried that it may be faulty as it took so long for all the lights to turn on, but I quickly realised that with regular charges and usage it’s charge time becomes quicker. These are perfect for everyday use and days out. They have gotten me out of a pickle many times since I have an old iPhone and the battery drains fast so in emergencies I have no need to worry.

I use it to charge my phone and my daughter loves it. It has never failed to charge our phones. He charging keeps for months if not use, but for us it's weeks without charging. This is the second time Ive bought these and they all operate the same. The first set is almost a year old and the other is a few months. The only thing is, it takes long to charge but once it is, it's good to go. I gave a 4star because one of the recent purchase stop charging my phone every time it reaches 90%. I will continue to observe it.

Excellent product - Wouldn’t be without mine Will change my iPhone 6SE about 3 times before needing to be charged My heated jacket will last about 4 hours on one battery so the two are just perfect for an 8hr shift. Defiantly recommend this product and have considered buying again.

First charge on one took a while but other took about 2 - 3 hours. Difference was caused by where I charged each, First was putting USB cable into a plug( don;t do that) second was directly into a USB port on extension cable. I bought these to keep a USB hotspot (linked to security cameras) charged for at least 24 hours as the battery on the hotspot only lasts 6 hours in use. I tested before I linked it all up. the battery backup still had 2 bars 24 hours later which is exactly what I wanted so I could swop out each every day. Also the hotspot did not go into standby mode once which can be a problem with hotspots, so the batterybackup being plugged in, seems to stop that. No heat from either the hotspot or the battery. Very pleased with purchase!

Bought these twice no problems.and always reliable. The old USB to charge them is a bit of a pain though as everything else is USB C now but these are still micro USB I hope they have changed that by now... The first lot I bought maybe more than 5 years ago and then the second lot more than three years ago. With regular use they are lasting well.

Did just the job at first, kept my phone charged throughout a 5 day festival - then come to travelling 3 months on and neither are keeping battery well. Very disappointing as I got the pair knowing I was going travelling later in the year for ease

This is a great 2 pack of power banks. They are rather slim for the power size. They are handy for when your out and about and need that extra boost for your phone or laptop. As they are 10000 mAh they are quite light so it wont be uncomfortable in your pocket or bag. Having 2 usb ports comes in very handy

Charge isn't holding like it use to. To my surprise I bought this in September of 2021. it's now August of 2026, that is a long time to me, so after seeing that I returned to this brand to buy a new one because this one. NEVER had issues the whole time I've had it. Hope the quality is the same for my next purchase. Amazing.

Love the size and weight and capacity, but I can only get 3-4 charges starting at 25% out of it. And does stops sometimes, though still over 60% charge left, have to plug it again to reset and continue charging. Not useful if you are wilderness camping no electricity, and far from a car. I had to use my car to reset it to start again with the 60% capacity left to continue charging my phone..... great but not reliable

I have a really nice power pack and it works really well it's got multiple connectors for multiple devices. It stays charged for a long lasting period. Very satisfied customer would highly recommend this battery charger reasonably priced.

Yes, it takes a long time to fully charge (it'll definitely need a full overnight) but it's worth it. I'm able to get 2 full phone charges out of it. Seems to hold its charge well too but I haven't had it that long. Weighs a little more than my phone (galaxy s23) but slim and easy to pack away anywhere. Worth every penny.

A bit slow to charge, but seems to retain said charge for a long time. Can be used three times or so to recharge a cell phone dut I haven't yet tried it for the purpose I bought it for; external power source for digital camcorder. My cam doesn't have an external battery charger which limits its autonomy. The charger bank should be fine at providing extra usability when cam battery conks out on a job. My only negative, and its not specific to this product; we see more and more sealed products, batteries, external drives, USB hubs, etc. that can't be opened for servicing and have to be replaced when they conk out for whatever reason... a product of exacerbated consumerism....
