Great batteries
These batteries are brilliant recharge fast and last a reasonable time.

Great for keeping a charged 9v whenever needed
Like these a lot. Never again should I find my cable tester or guitar pedals are dead when needed. A quick charge and off you go.

1 damaged
One of the battery's nodes ripped off when I removed it from the equipment it was powering. The other 39 I purchased have held up fine however. Charge quickly.

The Nokia 3310 of batteries.
Been using these batteries for around 6 years now for my fishing bite alarms and they are still going strong. A very simple design where they are just plugged into a lead and an LED illuminates to showing charging state. These charge very quickly and seem to last forever. I haven't had one run out of battery on me yet but I tend to recharge these after every 5th or 6th 48 - 72 hour session. Given that I've used these for 6 years, and compare this to how many non-chargeable 9v batteries I would have gone through over that period of time, these have more than paid for themselves. They have never let me down. They're faultless. I highly recommend.

not 9V not 5400mWh
I think either people or amazon (or both!!) get the reviews for these rechargable EBL USB "9V" "5400mWh" Lithium batteries confused with the more common Nimh batteries. There is no way these will ever be at 9V (the only way that could happen is if they are charged via the terminals rather than the USB port (assuming the terminals do not have charge protection, I have not tested this), in which case the cells would be dangerously overcharged and could catch fire, explode)!!! I have tested a set of 4 purchased in September 2022 with the following results, all charged via the supplied USB cable and discharged at 47-50mA using an Opus BT C-900 (not using this to charge them) Battery 1 Charged voltage 8.06V Capacity 429 mAh end voltage 6.88V discharge time 9H02M Battery 2 Charged voltage 8.07V Capacity 445 mAh end voltage 6.89V discharge time 9H22M Battery 3 Charged voltage 7.72V Capacity 291 mAh end voltage 6.97V discharge time 6H05M Battery 4 Charged voltage 8.07V Capacity 439 mAh end voltage 6.88V discharge time 9H14M Clearly these batteries have a greater capacity than Nimh , but do not have anything like 5400mWh (being generous and taking the best of the 4 at 8.07V x 445mAh would give 3591mWh but even that assumes the voltage stayed at 8.07v during the discharge, which it obviously does not. If your device needs 9V then these are no use , but most "9V" devices are happy with 7V.

Decent rechargeable batteries , but.....
This review has been a little difficult to write and award and overall rating. Initially the concerns came due to "Rechargeable 9V Batteries - 5400mWh" and, please see photos, how these batteries are labelled. They are rated as being "5400mWh" when the typical measure to apply with rechargeable batteries would change that to "mAh" as a measure. That would mean, if that was applied.... 5400mWh / 9v and that would mean 600mAh. So using a more conventional means to express these batteries capacities would be 600mAh. I have other 9v rechargeable batteries that 850mAh. When you do that conversion it then allows you a comparable means to look at these and decide if they will fit your needs. Again please see photos.... The box that they arrive in is good, with some information about the charging and the colour of lights = red for charging and green for fully charged. This colour LED can be seen at the base of each battery near to charging port. They use a std micro USB port, but the leads supplied allows you to charge two batteries from one USB A charging device, and so you are supplied with two of those leads. I have cycled the charges about five times so far using these batteries. They seem to charge reasonably fast, around two hours from flat to full. They do not get hot either when charging. Each time that I have measured the voltage from these four batteries it is always over 9v. For me that is great as I do have some devices that will show "low battery" warnings when using certain other brands that will only charge to around 8.4v. As for there use and longevity. That is a difficult one as it very much depends on what you are using them for. Two of mine are in sue in smoke detectors, so the yare very low power usage and you would expect them to work for a very long time. Two others are cycled in my Tens machine and so they are used in a very high powered device used often. They will typically last for a full days use and then need to be swapped over. That might not seem much but is absolutely the same as the best alkaline battery and very much similar to other batteries of comparable capacity. Each battery, shown in phots, has a clear plastic cover to isolate the terminals, useful when storing charged batteries. So to summarise.... I am very happy so far with the capacity and voltage from these batteries. I am happy with their quality and, yes this has been a problem with others, their length is comparable to fit precise enclosures. The only criticism, hence the drop of one star, is related to how these batteries are labelled as mWh rather than the conventional std way of doing as as mAh, remember theses are rated at 600mAh. I would very much recommend these overall. If, over time, my experience of using these on the longer terms changes I will amend my review. I do hope that this review has helped you.
