Smartparts SP15PCP 1.5-Inch Digital Picture Frame Keychain (Purple)

I purchased 2 of these as gifts & couldn't be happier! They were much less expensive then the ones I was originally going to purchase & they're very user friendly.

Not only does the website for the OSX Desktop tool per the manual not exist, but the e-mail tech support address does not receive e-mails. The tech support number does not work and the sales number produces a recording saying the first 3 or 6 digits are wrong.I've no idea how to get this thing working as a result and my daughter doesn't know why her toy won't work. I pressed one button on the side of the keychain while connected to my Mac and it says downloading but it's been 20 minutes....There is nowhere to go but up.

Following package instructions for connecting to computer the "Smartpants Desktop Tool" doesn't launch, so pictures can't be downloaded to the viewer. No technical support available.Added: Well, I finally got pictures to download, no thanks to the included instruction sheet. It's like working a Rubic Cube puzzle. If you finally push enough buttons and stumble on the right order the pictures can be downloaded. How easy it would be to include a simple accurate instruction sheet.

This says it works with MAC osx...I found the place to finally download the software and it stops half way after downloading and says Installation failed. There is not help anywhere... DO NOT ...I REPEAT...DO NOT buy this product.

SAYS MAC COMPATIBLE ON PACKAGE. GIVES WEB SITE TO DOWNLOAD MAC SOFTWARE. ([...]) SAID WEBSITE DOESN'T EXIST. I COULDN'T LOCATE ANY WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD MAC SOFTWARE.
