I purchased in 2019 & these have saved me! So easy to use instead of trying to do kegals! After menopause and over 50 these have helped so much.

I am 57 years old and gradually over time I noticed that I tended to leak urine if I sneezed or coughed hard. As time went on it got worse. I would also notice after I finishing urinating that some residual would leak out. I never thought this would happen to me as I am in very good physical condition. I exercise daily and make health a priority. I talked to other women about this issue and most seemed to think it was just part of aging. Others were on medication for it. I did not want to go on medication. I debated about buying this kit for almost a year. I guess I was living in denial that it would get better. I tried doing kegel exercises but could never feel them engaging. After months I did not feel that I had made any progress. So I finally ordered the kit. When it came I still not want to believe that I really needed to do this. I did not use it for a month. After one really bad cold with an equally bad cough I knew I NEEDED to do it. The first time I put the lowest weight in it fell out within a minute. I reinserted it only to have it happen again. I was frustrated and somewhat shocked to realize just how weak my muscles were. I kept using it. vIt took me almost two weeks until I could keep it in for 15 minutes. I found that I did better using it in the evening when I was more relaxed. When I got to the second weight I found it easier. By the time I got to the third weight I would put it in the early evening and would just keep it in until it fell out. Sometimes it would be ten minutes, sometimes it would be two hours. I am happy to report that I am now on the fifth weight and doing wonderfully. NO MORE LEAKS no matter how much I cough, sneeze or laugh. I no longer need to use panty liners. It is a wonderful feeling to have my life back. I WOULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT '10' STARS IF I COULD!

I often read online reviews and wonder if they are really true. I'm just an everyday wife in her mid fifties. I want you to know that this review is for real! The Intimate Rose Kegel Exercise Weights is a wonderful product. The shipping was discrete and quick. The weights are silky smooth and easy to insert. I sometimes need to add a drop of water based lube, because at my age the vagina can be dry at times. I found my starter weight and then began the daily process. Even after removing the weight I will find myself occasionally doing kegels using just the pelvic floor muscles, tightening and then relaxing. I've had my weights for less than a week but already look forward to the daily workout. I did research and chose these because they are designed by a physical therapist with a doctorate and training in pelvic floor rehab. The professional knowledge and design behind this weight system was VERY important to me! Also included is a starter's guide that is clear and easy to understand. Customer service is awesome! I ended up with 2 of the same weights and emailed the included support address. I received a return email quickly and the problem was resolved, even over a weekend! I can't say enough about the product quality and the customer service that's provided. If you've been debating over ordering kegel weights, don't put it off any longer! I don't know how people get compensated for reviews, so I'm not one of them. I read countless reviews on products and did extensive research before buying this. My problems: 1- lost significant tightness after my lovely daughter was born 7 months ago, my husband obviously notices and it saddens me. 2- I also pee a bit when I laugh, Sneeze or cough with a full bladder. 3 - My Pelvic muscles have been very week and noticeably sore when I lift my leg to put on socks or try to push something with my foot. I love that this premium option is seamless, comfortable, clean, and the string is also reinforced...which tells me they listened to their reviewers and fixed the few downsides. Please note there are 2 versions on this, it took me a bit to see it. I posted the picture with the tampon so you could see size since I wondered. I currently can't keep the lowest weight in very well, but after showering with it in I do feel a bit more muscle control. I'm up for the challenge to conquer the heaviest weight and very hopeful for some great results. EDIT 5 years later: I was most diligent using these after my original review. I moved up to just starting to use the 4th weight size over a 6 month period. My use of them wasn't as regular by the time I got to the 4th weight, so it was a little slow going between weights 3-4. However, my husband noticed a big difference by the time I hit the 3rd weight size. After my 2nd and 3rd children, I used the weights, but I got back to kind of normal"Ish" and lost my diligence. I'm a bit busier with 3 kids than I was with 1. I am now pregnant with my 4th and planned final child, so I'm setting my mind to use them with my original determination...knowing I won't be starting all over AGAIN. I will only be maintaining at weight 3 during pregnancy to help keep the incontinence in check.
