I have wanted one of these tea sets for a long time. Finally I ordered one from Amazon. When I received it, the lid of the pot did not fit right. The pour spout of both the pot and fair pot did not pour without dripping everywhere. Despite the dripping, I contacted the provider and told them that the lid did not fit properly. They said they would send me a new pot and lid. But they also said they were on vacation and would send it when they got back. But after waiting a week, I called Amazon to see when I had to return it for a refund if I needed to. The date they gave for returning it was after the provider said they would send it. I could not wait and hope I would get one from them. So I returned it to Amazon. I did contact the provider and said that if they would like to send me a set that the lid fit as a curtesy for the problems I went through, I would be happy to leave them a good review. They responded that they didn't need a good review from me. I let it go until I got an email from Amazon wanting me to leave a review, so I thought it would be good for others to know and not wait to send back if they stall you on sending a replacement or if they don't care for the spouts not working like they should.

I love it. It is just as described. Came well packaged.

Ordered this pretty and functional tea set for a Birthday gift, she was delighted and disappointed. The tea set was packed in styrofoam but still arrived with some damaged pieces. Followed the instructions on the note to contact Seller via email.
