The book like "FRD, the other side of coin" writen by Hamilton Fish
I disagree with some people call this journalist as "Japanese lover". I feel very sorry those some people have difficulties still difficult to face those facts of history. Yes, there have been and unfortunately will be many people continue to have "fallacies" in the Allied Nations. And I know there are so many number of Japanese believe those fallacies, as this writer writes as the unfortunate fact of letting Japanese believe "guilty conscious feeling" as the results of GHQ efforts during the period of their occupation. I haven't seen this kind of report written in English by Japanese. Thank you, Mr. Henry Scott Stokes.Mr. Stokes, it must be really difficult for you to think and to write the fact that British Empire fallen from Great Britton. I admire for your courage as a journalist to face with the historical facts, and, courageous mind to correct your prior misunderstandings.Well, I also think of those people of the Allied Nation, you must have very much difficulties to face "fallacies". The undeniable fact is that there is no colony today. That is one step ahead for human history. I truly believe that is a great step.I really hope increased number of people read this memorable book. Mr. Stokes' Japanese friend novelist Mr. Yukio Mishima got eternal life through his kind of Harakiri. I call those people in today's journalism, wake up, wake up, your kind of journalist is dying, as you know well.

Very interesting story about Japan through the eyes of a British man
This is a very interesting story about Japan through the perspective of a reporter from England. He was not trying to be on one side, but observed the events objectively.
