Edit 1 star changed to 5 stars as the diffuser was a faulty product but they are sending me a new one...I cannot complain I'm very happy with this as it really waz a very good diffuser when it worked 😀I now have the new one amazing 😍 I really loved this diffuser. It really did create alot of steam and great aroma. I loved the pretty colours that changed.Thought it was great value for money.Anyway it has stopped working the water in the diffuser gets luke warm but no steam is produced anymore so after 3 months its not fit for purpose at all so no scent. I'm abit gutted as I had just brought some high quality grade vanilla essential oil. I was excited to try it. The light still works but it just makes alot of noise suddenly and doesn't heat up.I'm assuming this is probably just bad luck as the reviews are pretty glowing.I've contacted the seller and I am awaiting their response. So we shall see what happens.I will come back with an update on what they suggest or don't suggest. Fingers crossed I receive good customer service and I will adjust my review accordingly as these things happen sometimes.I have the new diffuser wow amazing customer service 👏🏻Thankyou 😇

The product is beautiful, lights change, plug in (no batteries) easy to use, can use lights only - no scent or scent only - no lights or both scent and lights.You remove the outer glass globe, remove the inner top, pour in some water, replace the inner top, replace the outer glass globe, press the button to select how long you want it on for, select lights button (or not).When you buy this you also then have to buy oils as no oils come with it.Plumes of vapour come out of the top giving your area a wonderful scent of whichever oil scent you have chosen.. fill with tap water - to the fill level - add a few drops of oil.. done.. so easy.I have mine on a glass table and I have noticed that as the plumes of vapour come out of the top, come up and out and drop down onto my glass table, after a 3 hour session there is a FILM/RESIDUE of oil vapour on my table. Obviously the vapour contains particles of oil and wherever they land it leaves a film. I did not know that it would do this but it does. I moved my remote controls away from where the vapour lands because I don't want oily vapour landing on my tv remotes. You may not even notice this on a wooden table but on a glass table you realise that deposits are indeed left.It's not a big issue because realistically, a fine oily water vapour is coming out and it has to 'land' - i just wanted to make this clear. I think the product description of this and other items in general should really tell the potential buyers EVERYTHING about their products. Honesty is best after all and although this is a feature it hasn't put me off buying 3 more - gifts for people. The product looks amazing and works great. This is saving me £££££'s on buying scented candles as I just need oils and water to use it.I love it, the people who I have bought it for as gifts love it. Just be aware that it will leave a slight oily film around it so keep things away from it - like your remotes - etc or they will be covered with a slight oily vapour film/residue. NOTE this vapour residue you see on the glass table is NOT DUST it is vapour residue from ONE 3 hour session.When I have my fan on - it blows the vapour and scent about the room so I guess the residue wouldn't then fall upon the same spot but as it falls it WILL leave a residue. I just wipe my table and keep items away from the 'vapour landing area'.

Its lovely when lite and changing colour is really lovely, soothing tooDepending on how much oil you put in depends of strenght when immited into the room

As a visual lamp it’s great but as a diffuser it’s pretty poor. Not sure why so many 5 star reviews. I have another one from Amazon that cost a lot less than this and the mist is 3 to 4 times better but visually not a patch. Do I regret buying? Definitely not as it’s unusual but as an oil diffuser for me it’s a no.

The media could not be loaded.  This striking diffuser is lovely to watch with the colour changes. It’s so easy to use, fill up the reservoir with the measuring cup, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil, set the time (located on base of lamp ) and switch on. Immediately the diffuser starts to work with soothing scent and a mist striking colourful display - more entertaining than the telly at times!!I would recommend this without a problem and have bought more to give as presents after it gets admired 😍

There were no instructions in the box so I followed someone’s advice in the comments it’s quite fragile but very pretty I am pleased with my. Lamp

This is a lovely diffuser that you can put anywhere in your home. Beautiful colours and smells great with the oil added!! Have recommended it to my family! A must buy!
