Made some crispy soy milk crackers for my son. Edensoy is one of the best organic soy milk in the market with long shelf life and premium ingredients. It’s always ranked in the top 5 soy milk brands!! It’s smooth and rich even though it’s unsweetened. It can be used to replace cow milk for most recipes with a 1:1 ratio. Consistently great product for such a low price. My son loves this over milk and it makes delicious Japanese style cream stew and portages. I always stock up when Whole Foods has sales. Compatible to make pudding as well and consistency of the soy milk is very very smooth. The box packaging makes it easy to stock up without taking too much space

What I love about Edensoy is its purity. There are no additives, no sugar and the water is filtered. It tastes great too. I use it primarily in smoothies, but it's great in baking and other recipes too.

This is the only soy milk I buy. Probably the cleanest one out there. No additives, sugars, fillers. Just soy and water. Great taste too.

I really enjoy this soymilk. I love that it is shelf stable and has a high protein content and tastes good. That protein content is definitely a big selling feature for me since I struggle with getting enough. I wish it weren't so expensive because I would buy it more often. This is a great nondairy option and is perfect in my iced latte.

I've looked at and tried lots of different soymilks, and this one is far and away the best. In fact, I rarely write reviews for food or drinks, but here I am. If you look at the ingredients of most other soymilks, they have their vitamins and minerals added in separately. To me, this signals bad quality ingredients with a daily vitamin sprinkled in to cover that up. Many of those other soymilks (even the organic ones) have salt and sugar added as well. This EdenSoy soymilk is just straight up water and soy beans. Not only that, the vitamin and mineral content beats competitors who have to add it in manually afterwards. I'd be hard pressed to ever switch away from this soymilk for any other brand now.
