I have purchased several wrist supports to provide some relief from the weakness I was feeling when bowling. As an older man and an avid bowler with carpel tunnel I needed something to combat the wrist fatigue I was experiencing. The supports I had previously purchased were usually too soft and flexible to provide the support I needed. I was going through sports tape quickly and it became fairly expensive.These supports have worked amazingly. They are very comfortable to wear being lined with a soft breathable fabric and provided just the right range of movement to keep me comfortable while bowling. I no long need the sports tape at all.I've also used this support all day when my carpel tunnel acted up and it was tremendously helpful. I would definitely recommend these wrist supports for anyone experiencing pain and or fatigue.

I just received this item today and haven't had a chance to see how it works long-term, but I wanted to let other small women know that if you have very small wrists, the size "small" should fit you (unless they change manufacturers or product design). I am 98 pounds and my wrist is 5.5 inches around at its most narrow point. My forearm is not much bigger. This brace fits snuggly, and I am surprised!Here's what I will say, though. I'm not an occupational therapist. I bought this for crafting and not exercise. It is tight enough that it cuts off the circulation to my hand somewhat. So while this says nothing about the quality of the product, I'll recommend that anybody who is randomly buying one of these to deal with pain or discomfort should contact a healthcare provider to figure out exactly what they need and how much support should be applied to the joint. Something this tight could seriously mess up your wrist and hand by cutting off circulation, compressing the nerve, etc, if not used properly under the guidance of a clinician.I mention all of this because it's tight enough that my fingers tangled after while wearing it for 10 minutes. Please, take the steps to get professional care related to your joints. If you mess them up for good you are hosed. Trust me on this... I know of what I speak. Womp womp.

I fell and caught myself a couple of months ago, injuring my wrist. I have been treating it with cold laser and other methods. During this time, I've bought three different types of wrist supports. The supports with the thumb hole are made of neoprene. I really don't know why, but after I wear those supports the skin in the web of my hand next to my thumb gets so sore. That support helps my wrist not hurt so much, while wearing it thought. While I'm waiting for my appointment to possible get a shot of cortisone I decided to order this set of two supports. Let me tell you that these supports are great! They don't move around while I'm wearing them. They have an elastic hook and loop fastening system that allows you to easily adjust how tight you want it to be. My appointment is in two days to see if I get a fun shot of cortisone.

I measured my wrist and got a large. It is so comfortable and adjustable. I’m glad I purchased it.

It didn’t help like I had hoped.

I bought this for wrist support with Bowling. It has made all the difference in the world for me. After several weeks of using this, my pain in my wrist is gone. It does an awesome job of support.

Literally wasted so much money on bands that didn't work for small wrists. I have smaller than 6" wrist and this is easy to tighten as well. No plastic that will dig into my bones.Wish they didn't have any logos on them, would've bought more.
