Could be a bit thicker...wobbled from side to side until I bolted all 4 feet of the heat pump. Now it's plenty sturdy, and the condenser is the required distance from the wall. I'd probably use something a bit bigger for 18k+ BTUs, but this is a great value for the money for an 80-lb (12k) condenser. The wall mounting holes are large and if you're not mounting in concrete, you will need screws with very large heads or some fender washers. But it was really easy to assemble and install.

It worked good just like it is supposed to.

I have purchased two of these very strong recommendation. If you are attaching it to a stucco wall get better anchors than what it comes with. I have about 6 inches of insulation, and they were not nearly long enough but very good purchase highly recommend it.

The brackets little thin. I made 2 flat pieces 3/16 flat stock to space brackets for minisplit mounting holes. Worked great after that.

No. It does not. Specifications indicate 12” required from back wall. This only allows approximately 4” for my 27,000 btu unit.The brackets themselves are very good! Flawless and sturdy. I just don’t know what they were thinking when they said it would work for larger units

Used to mount an outside unit of a split AC unit. After getting the install procedure right, I was happy with the product. I'd buy again.

The short review: Don't buy this if you plan to use it with a MrCool DIY mini split.Long review: while the listing claims it can support the 24K unit (and 360#) I question that. While the parts are stainless steel, it doesn't even appear to be 14 gauge. It is "100% Chinese" meaning that everything on the box was in Chinese and as far as I could tell, no instructions. It did include 4 concrete sleeve bolts; however, I think they were a metric size. Also, I can't imagine mounting this unit with less than 4 bolts each bracket. The bolts supplied for securing the condenser unit to the brackets were about 1/4" and much too small. I bought 3/8" stainless steel bolts however the pre-drilled slots were to small and I had to enlarge them with a drill bit, which I am sure will resulting rusting in the future.The reason I say this shouldn't be used with a MrCool DIY Minisplit is that you need 6" between the unit and the wall. The 9K unit will be under 6" away even if you push the bolts out as far as they can go in the pre-drilled slots. This is important not only for ventilation but the two copper pipes attach at angle towards the wall and you need that 6" to make the turn (unless you are good at bending rigid copper pipe.I had already secured these brackets to my wall (concrete block) before I realized all of these issues. I bought additional 14g angle iron from Lowes and supplemented the support arms so I can move the unit farther away from the wall and added another angle support to the wall for additional strength. It seemed like too much work to remove these brackets and find another product.

Second of these I have bought as I just installed a second mini-split in my home. All hardware is included to install on a block home. Good quality and the stainless steel on the first is as advertised, no rust.

Works great for our air conditioners. I used a 3/4 inch plywood for the bases which I pre painted.

You do need a masonry bit and drill to mount it but it was easy to mount my air conditioner. I thought there would be vibration in the house and I bought rubber pads to put under the air conditioner but didn’t need them. It’s much better than placing the air conditioner on the ground somewhere.
