Are the plates, glasses and flatware dishwasher safe?

I do not wash the plasticware in the dishwasher because while it probably won’t melt It does sometimes crackle the plastic or cause a haze over the plastic, making it look not very attractive.

Does it have a carry handle? Not pictured.

So mine won't stay open its pictured and in video that it can stay open on it own. Should it?

If you leave the heavy ceramic plates on the cover, it will stay up; once you take them off, it changes the balance. I have found that if I take "off" all the plates, silver service etc, the top does stay up.

Can the blanket be machine washed?

Launder it in the washing machine in cold or warm water, on a gentle or delicate setting. Use a bleach-free laundry detergent. After washing, tumble-dry the cover on a low-heat setting.
