Lots of fun with our toddler. Train tracks could be more sturdy to last longer.

For the price, I cannot complain. I thought it was interesting that even on my thick tree skirt, the tracks stayed in place. Their very easy to put together, but easy to come apart. I strongly suggest being careful with removing the train from the box as it seems easy to break. The cargo did detach as you can see in the video, but that was due to a bump in the skirt, so it would have to be nicely flat and it works just fine. The train has two kinds of tracks, but I chose to test the smaller one. In all honesty, I’m happy with it. My daughter is 4 and she’s never seen a train before so I think any young child would love it!

This is a cute train set. Not very sturdy. The clasps to hook the compartments will not stay.. I had to put little hooks and secure them. The light in front works. You need two batteries. The sound is not too loud and pleasant. Not sure how long it’ll last. But looks cute under the Christmas tree. The train tracks do not stay together for too long. They keep moving. The train sometimes stops and you have to give it a little push and then it moves again.

Bought it for me nephew and he loved it... I bought this one because it is smaller and battery operable! I wanted to see if he would love trains like I do and then see about getting him stuff to go with and gradually move up to bigger trains, he’s 6! I always had an infatuation with trains and had a Lionel Santa Fe, which I was able to find here on Amazon. I want something to connect my childhood with his and we have a hobby together!

My son loves trains , I got this for his birthday . It is now the table dinning table center piece ! It works great , the wagons hooks detaches very easily so I used a piece of ribbon to stick it together . He enjoys seeing the train move , has a cute train sound .

We got this gift for our twin toddlers to be from Santa. When we were setting it up we noticed the locomotive had a piece of broken plastic that made it hard for the wheels to turn and so the train doesn’t move well. The girls loved it but it’s really frustrating because it doesn’t work. If it wasn’t broken it would have been a good gift.

Plastic. Not good quality. I returned the item.
