looking for reasonably priced rubber yoga mat and this one got good reviews. Used it around 10 times now. I like its weight. It stays in place and feels solid on the ground. I wish it was a few inches longer for me being 6'2". The smell was really non issue. It was very faint and not unpleasant. I don't notice it unless laying face down on the mat. It still has some wrinkles in it hopefully they will disappear with time. Purely an aesthetic thing. I can't comment on durability yet, but it seems tough. It's just the right thickness for me. Definitely not a travel mat due to its thickness and weight.

This is a really nice yoga mat, I got it for my daughter. I have a name brand mat and this is thicker. Mild rubber smell that faded quickly, but that’s what you get when you buy natural product!

I was looking for an affordable rubber mat made in the USA. This one is perfect!! Does smell pretty rubbery but better than the normal nasty plastic/chemical smell of foam products.

I purchased the fudge. It's more amethyst / mauve but still very neutral. I researched mats for weeks and read what seemed like thousands of reviews before settling on this one.I have 40+ sessions in with it now. I wanted a thinner mat as it normally goes down on a wool carpet and I wasn't getting the stability I wanted on thicker mats. I've used it on wood floors as well with zero issues. I do not normally need a lot of padding. I'm 5'7, 135 pounds and appreciate the length, I have zero issues with the width and rarely find the need to adjust posture.It sticks and stays in place great normally on both carpet and wood floors. Zero shift issues. The edge that gets rolled in curls under a bit no matter how I roll it. I'm getting used to it but in the beginning it did set off my ADD a bit. I practice daily so it is not sitting rolled for any length of time.It stunk when it arrived. I wish the seller was a little more transparent about what exactly is in the mat, i.e. dyes etc. After about two weeks the smell started to dissipate.I did slide a little in the beginning but nothing like other mats and it seems with time the grip is getting better. I have sweaty hands 24/7 and this has been the best mat for stability with that.Overall it seems really durable. I can't see it tearing or flaking under normal yoga circumstances.Lastly it is heavier than other mats in my collection. I don't mind but others might if they're traveling with it a bit, you'll probably want a case with a padded shoulder strap.I'm really happy with the mat. If I had to purchase another I would pick this one.

I use my yoga mat 4-5 days a week. I hope they never go out of business and they never raise their prices! I thought Lululemon had the best rubber mat! So wrong! This thing is better in every way! Looks better and rubber doesn’t get all rubbed off in areas! It is also has way my grip!

This mat is nice and sticky and seems pretty durable. However, it is off6gassing like crazy, and every time I use it, my hands smell like rubber all day, even after washing them several times. I'm not at all convinced that it's ecofriendly, despite how it is labeled and described.

This mat is exactly what I was looking for in most aspects: it’s nice and grippy, made of natural material, durable, easy to clean, and the length is just right. Bonus points for the beautiful color.I unfurled mine and left it to air out in my garage for a couple of days before I gave it a light misting of what we call “stank water” at my house (a 1-liter spray bottle of water with one or two drops of eo), and wiped it completely dry with a towel. Haven’t smelled the natural rubber since.I have broad shoulders, so the mat occasionally feels a bit too narrow for me, but that’s really just a personal preference.I cannot say enough good things about the texture and grip of this mat. The subtle pattern on the surface makes it easy to grip in dry conditions, and the rubber makes it easy to grip if/when your hands and feet get sweaty. I wish I’d known sooner just how much of a difference it would make in my balance and stability.Overall, I love it. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good-quality yoga mat. Definitely make sure you give it a day to air out and a good wipe down before you plan on using it for the first time.
