very good knife
Very nice breaking knife. It will need to have an edge drawn on it after you give it a bath. Use a quality oil stone and you will be very happy with this knife. I have said before, I own 3 Bolexino and I love them all. I love the shape of the handle. The color makes me sad, it is black and doesn't match the boning knife and the butcher knife I own, potatoe, patatoe, am I right.I like haow well it fits in my hand. It makes easy cuts. Very comfortable to use for hrs on end. The knife has the feel of a through blank or full tang knife, but I am not entirely certain about that.Again I like this one too. The price is very nice too!
