The material is like some sort of plastic, when filled up it looses the shape and makes me afraid the plastic will melt and give up, because of how much it looses the shape. The shaft, where u pour the water in, is supposed to retract, but doesn't stay in, it sticks out, and i chose this model.coz it looked like it would stick in. The cover as well, i barely could zip it up, coz it's of such low quality. Disappointed, Returned.

This is the comfiest hot water bottle I've found, it's perfect for my sore neck, easy to fill and feels very firm when full. Heat lasts along time too. The cover is easy to remove for washing also. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again and would highly recommend 👌

Cover is too thin, burns neck, have to wait until usable, not easy to keep around neck.

Great item the covers abit fiddley to remove whilst filling but great in use. Helped alot with my neck and shoulder pain.

Excellent value for money and great for relaxing tense and painful neck/shoulders.

Fabric was not of the best quality but did provide some comfort and relief

cover to thin burnt my neck have to wait for it to cool down be careful filling it the rubber plastic can’t be held no neck to hold onto when filling does job but wouldn’t buy one again . Cover very hard get on and off very poor quilty
