I have noticed a positive difference in my posture so far. I use it about 45 minutes a day. I probably could wear it a bit longer but I need it off to get stuff done around the house. It can be hard to do things in so wearing it to coincide with eating or reading or just watching something. The back brace/part definitely helps compared to a different one I tried without it.
