Fish Oil Omega-3 Capsules - Triple Potency 3000mg - Easy to Swallow

Its fish oil. I guess they're right about not doing fishy burps and it not having a bad odour. I took it first thing in the morning sometimes and not stomach issues. Hopefully its good quality and keeps me healthy. Ask again in 10 years.

Straightforward Omega-3 supplement in a good sized bottle. The packaging is good, everything arrived properly sealed and the capsules are easy enough to take. I've had no problems with them. It's difficult to judge specific health benefits from a supplement like this, but as far as the product itself goes I'm happy with it.

I'd read online that fish oil and omega 3 can help severity of eczema symptoms. It said it takes around 3 months to notice a difference. I gave it a go (only taking 1 a day so that one bottle would last me four months). It's been four months now and I have realised that I have had practically no flare ups of new areas of eczema and the spots that I still have are less irritated. My skin feels so much better. I had looked up different omega 3 supplements and this brand had the highest amounts per capsule. I agree these are fairly burpless. I've tried other brands before and they absolutely stink of fish with loads of fishy burps afterwards, so that is another great perk of this product. Would recommend!

Hi fast delivery and it clearly says on the product description that you take 3 a day and it clearly says on the back that its 3 per serving.Its not misleading what so ever like some people have said in there reviews.So full potency will be take 3 a day.You can take up to 3 per day but no more.My tablets just came by post and i just had 3 softgels.Looks great to me im sure they will work.Fantastic price and worth every penny.I really like superself products there great ❤️Remember its 3000mg per serving so thats completly true.people just dont bother reading it properly.Its 3 per serving.

They do have a slight fishy burp. I've chucked them in the freezer, but I was disappointed after taking them with a big meal, that I did have a pretty nasty fishy burp for about an hour afterwards. Other than that. they look like a good product and turned up next day.

Attractive packaging with a high potency soft gels, which are slightly on a big side. Only it bothers me the least, as I just bite them through and spit the capsule out 😳, as I do have difficulties at times, swallowing large capsules or caplets/tablets. Taking them for two weeks now. What I have noticed so far, is that my nails are a bit stronger and hairfall decreased too. I also feel like getting up in the morning is easier. Oveall quite happy and you really do not need to take 3 a day, especially if taking multivitamins, like me at the moment, but it is all individual of coz. To be honest I also take lecithin these days, and still 2 or 3 of fish oil, maybe am slightly overdosing 🙄. Oh, and they hardly taste like fish, which is a bonus too!

premesso che la qualità dell'olio avrebbe bisogno di un'analisi chimica... per il resto, solo aspetti positivi come mancanza di reflusso e capsule ben conservate e , a differenza di alcuni commentatori, non le ho trovate attaccate tra di loro. Senz'altro, terminata la confezione, riacquisterò il medesimo prodotto.

This fish oil is very good quality indeed. It is high strength. Most therapeutic studies use 1000mg or more of combined EPA + DHA per day (this fish oil provides 1650mg at 3 tablets a day or 1100mg at 2 tablets a day). It is also very natural, containing only fish oil and the capsule itself (gelatine/glycerine). The oil inside the capsule has a good deep colour unlike other supplements where the colour is light yellow. Because the oil has no antioxidant preservatives, keeping it in the fridge is essential to prevent it from going rancid and losing its health benefits. Customer service is excellent. They answer quickly and are very ready to help. Highly recommended.

Ich kann diese Omaga 3 Kapseln nur empfehlen bisher die besten die ich gekauft habe. Sollte mal irgendwas mit Produkt nicht stimmen was im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen passieren kann, und mir passiert ist, ist der Kundenservice sehr hilfsbereit und problemorientiert. Julia hat mein Problem ernst genommen das meine Kapseln oxidiert angekommen sind und mir innerhalb von 2Tagen kostenlosen Ersatz geschickt.
