Boosted My Mood and Helped My Fatigue
I have to say, I am really impressed. I came across a study recently that indicated Magnesium Chloride could be beneficial in boosting mood and alleviating fatigue. I had taken other forms of Magnesium in the past with the only result being an upset stomach. I was willing to try again though, and I'm glad I did. I've been taking it for about 3-weeks now and I didn't feel any difference until the end of the 2nd week, then I started noticing that even though I was still tired, I was coping better with it, and my mood was definitely elevated as well. I'm so thankful, I did not like who I was becoming. I was so overwhelmed by the fatigue I was experiencing and every little thing was making me so grumpy. As I said before, I'm still tired, and things still annoy me, but I'm not overwhelmed by it, it's not just festering to the point I can't deal with it anymore. I don't know if this will help everyone, and it's too early to know if the benefits are long lasting, but it's definitely worth a shot if your doctor approves.

HOW MG CHANGED MY LIFE!
We all absorb magnesium differently and some might need it more than others. I take 2 capsules in the morning, 1 mid day and 2 before bed. Best if paired with B6 for better absorption (don't buy the crazy 50mg B6 like I did though, that was way too much and made me so hot I was sweating and unable to sleep. Just get the regular 1mg-1.7mg B6. And if you are already taking multivitamins that have at least 1.4mg of B6 then you don't need anything else.). I take this much Magnesium Chloride because I have lots of issues. Fybromalgia, back pain, joint pain, lyme disease, chronic fatigue...to name a few. My fybromalglia is solved. No more pain there. My back pain is also solved, i can bend over without pain again, still working on the lyme (you need other supplements for lyme BTW). I am no longer tired and I am able to function normal. My sleep disorder has also been solved with the Mg. If you only want to use it for general well being, or if you work out, then i recommend it only twice a day. 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM.Magnesium Chloride is the one type of MG that gets absorbed best. Don't even bother buying the citrate or the oxide or any of the others out there. The second best would be the Mg carbonate. I believe that one works best for people with acid issues in their stomach.
