Good for the glycemic value, eh on the texture...
I thought is was really quite good (My stomach is known to be practically lead lined) but it made my son have severe stomach issues both times that he ate it.

I really wanted to like these.
I really wanted to like these...but they just have a very strange smell. Once you can get over that though, there's no taste so you can flavor them however you like. Overall, would not buy again unfortunately.
