I do have ford transit 150 2016 this hitch fits my van??

My van is a 2015, I don't see why it wouldn't fit our vans are identical. I haven't seen or heard of any changes in the vans. Also contact the "curt" manufacturer to make sure . Good luck

will this work on a 2018 transit 350hd cutaway with a cargo box?

I would contact the manufacturer. This hitch worked just fine for my 2017 transit 350

Does curt 13193 came with screws??

My hitch came with 4 screws which were supposed to be self tapping, but weren’t. The hitch attaches to 4 holes already in the frame, 2 of which were already threaded, but not the other 2. I ended up buying a M12 to thread these other holes.

I've read 2 reviews about bolts not screwing in correctly last year. Has this been corrected?

I purchased in May 2019. Bolts were not self-tapping. You will need to get a tap set with m12x1.75 taps. A speed bump, but does not add much overhead to the install.
