I think this product helps my knees. In the past year my knees have started to give me problems. I play tennis and I noticed that I was having trouble running for short shots (left knee). Then when we were on a cruise this past Christmas, my other (right) knee had a problem when I went down steps. I stared using braces on both knees and it helped some, but I started using Zena several months ago and my knees are feeling much better now. My doctor had suggested that I use collagen and that's what I did.

Due to thinning hair I thought adding collagen to my regime couldn't hurt. I looked at collagen tablets but there was no way I would be able to track 6 tablets per day and be consistent. That then led me to liquid collagen and surprisingly it was the mixed berry flavor that had me thinking why not. I just finished my first bottle and all I can say is "subscribe and save" please.The flavor and ease of taking this collagen alone was a win for me. But the price and results put it at the top of my supplement list. The results are so good not only was my hair stylist commenting on the hair growth but also on skin quality and my nail tech asked if I would share my secret.

Love the taste and the effectiveness. My hair continues to grow long and strong because of this product.

Nowhere does this deceptive description say anything about being derived from grass fed cows. I am a vegetarian the ingredients do not show this nor is it displayed anywhere on the page or pictures. This is useless to me and literally will be poured down the drain! I am disgusted.
