Novatel MiFi 2200 Mobile Wi-Fi Modem (Verizon Wireless) 3G High Speed Hotspot

The person I received my mifi from was VERY helpful in making sure I was able to use it. Offered several time to send it back with full refund if I wasn't satisfied. It took Verizon TWO weeks to set this up after I purchased it. Biggest nightmare!!!!!!! But the man I got it from never left me and helped me every step of the way. Works wonders now that Verizon was able to have competent people help set it up. I spoke to over 10 people. Great product and great service from Amazon.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from the company Sufiexpress . They only give 2 week warrenty / 30 day exchange. Once I received item it was defective - Verizon couldn't get it to work. Router would show your connected but you couldn't get on the internet. Paid $104.95 for a defective WiFi router, asked for a refund after many attempts of bringing device to Verizon for them to try getting this item to work. By then it was past 2 week warrenty and they sent us another one under 30 day exchange. I decided to just purchase it through Verizon after all the back and forth I did. I had to pay S&H to send my defective router back to them, seller who was gonna refund my money(who uses this company to sell their product) Sufiexpress received my defective router,Instead sent me another one in mail. No communication between company and seller. I just figure, forget it , its not worth me to pay for S&H again to return for a refund- They'll probably just send another one. Plz don't buy nothing here-poor warrenty policy!!!

The device its self seams to work fine, meaning it can turn on and off good, and the internet option join is showing, so i get all the way to the part were i insert the password, and the password doesn't work. i am almost certain i'm using the right one, the one on the sticker on the back of the card, but it just keeps getting rejected. i dont know what to do

Appears to work great. Set up the hot spot for my tablet, now I need to get service from Verizon. The only problem that I have with the unit is the charger does not charge. It uses the same micro usb as my Samsung phone, so I tried it on the phone it did not charge. On the other hand, my phone charger works to charge the MiFi, so no big problem. Shipping was very fast.

The device replaces one I burned out so I can do anything!!! I can even use desk top and 4 laptops at the same time. Netflex too!!!

Horrible horrible horrible. Constantly disconnects. Every 5 minutes it disconnects or either just stops working.

Love it, works great and able to connect two cpu's 2 tablets and smartphones. Worth the money. Especially with my unlimited data plan.

I've had a few problems with the charging part but it's seems to be ok
