A pharmacist recommended Klean Magnesium ATHLETE Glycinate is one of the best reliable products in the US. It contains 90 Vegetarian Capsules, 120 mg. and suggested usage: 1-4 times daily. I missed reading "ATHLETE" and its suggestion. 1) 1-4 times daily which is inconvenient; 2) pricey containing 120 mg. 29%.

This product is certified, which means that it’s super clean and the ones that are not could have lead and other products in it that are harmful so make sure that you see the NSF certification on your vitamin supplements.

The bottles look the same and I didn't realize I had received the wrong supplement until I went to check my dosage and realized I had been taking the WRONG ITEM. Did you read your labels carefully before opening yours if you are on a subscription service? The pills look identical.Klean, you need to do better with your product labels and differentiating your products from one another.This mix-up, partly my fault (partly whose? Amazon's? Klean's?), has killed my trust in this brand, so I'm switching to Thorne.
