sometimes, although rarely, they are difficult to swallow. they seem to stick to the roof of my mouth, until i dislodged it with na toothbrush. that doesn't tast5e good. but once it's dissolved, it works quickly. it's a gradual sleepiness, which is nice. sometimes i wakeup in the middle of. the night and my book is upside down on the bed, i still have my glasses on and the 'reading' light is still on. but it's the best couple of hours of sleep i've had in a long while.
