Good finishing, fair price, great selection of ports
I like this USB-C Hub a lot. It has a great selection of ports and costed a fair price. Now I can use only one thunderbolt port on my Mac and still have all the ports I need.

Small and light yet has ton of ports
I am using with my Dell Latitude to connect an external 1080P HDMI monitor, USB mouse, and USB C headphones. Also, it supports fast charging with USC C charging port. It is small and light so easy travel ready if you don't have many ports on your laptop(such as a mac). It works for my purpose.

Only So-So
Most likely, I will be returning this docking station. If so, I’ve already decided to bite the bullet and spend the extra money for a stand-up style docking station; which has most of the ports on the back. For me, the neatness factor would outweigh the extra cost.I bought this docking station in order to connect my 24” VGA monitor, full-size USB keyboard, mouse, external USB disc drive, and printer to my laptop computer (i.e. a Microsoft Surface Book 2; which is running Windows 10). For me, the most critical connection is the VGA monitor port. All of my other devices (except for my speakers) are USB; so I could use a less expensive USB hub to connect them. This docking station had all of the connection ports I needed; so I decided to give it a try. But, as with anything, it has pros and cons.On the “pros” side, when I connected my external devices to this docking station, Windows 10 recognized them all. (Well sort of, as I’ll explain below)Now, for the “cons” …(1) The screen appearance on my VGA monitor is NOT good. Whatever is displayed on my laptop screen does show up on my VGA monitor. BUT, different items (i.e. text, icons, photos, etc.) display elongated, squished, too small, too large, etc. Clearly, the display settings need to be adjusted; but I haven’t been able to do that. When using multiple monitors, Windows 10 is supposed to let you configure the resolution and screen settings for each monitor separately. When I tried doing that, I got a message telling me that no additional monitors were connected. If I change the display settings to look good on my VGA monitor, that messes up the display on the laptop screen; and vice versa. I honestly don’t know if this is a problem with the docking station, Windows 10, or my laptop; but if I can’t get this problem resolved, I will be returning this docking station.(2) Another concern I have is with the docking station’s temperature. It felt rather warm to the touch. I checked the actual temperature (i.e. with only my monitor, keyboard and mouse in use), the docking station was running at 103.5 degrees Fahrenheit. That may be normal; but I’m not used to my electronic devices running that hot. Even my external hard drive doesn’t get that hot.(3) The style of this docking station is like many of the other brands on the market. IMHO, that just shows that the manufacturers haven’t given much thought to appearance and neatness. On a desktop computer, all of your cable connections are concealed on the back of the system tower. On this docking station, you have a jumbled mess of cords and cables running in every direction. On this docking station, the USB-C cable, which connects to the laptop, is only 6 inches long. That doesn’t give you any option as to where to place it in relation to the laptop. I’m using three USB ports on one side of the docking station for my keyboard, mouse and printer; but the speaker port is on the opposite side. As for the VGA monitor port, it’s on the end, opposite from the USC-C connector cord. Having cables running is four different directions not only looks ugly and also wastes valuable desk space.I’d also like to mention that the VGA port doesn’t have any holes to allow you to screw in the monitor cable. And, since the monitor connector is fairly large, it becomes disconnected fairly easily. Hint to Manufacturer: That’s why they put screws on them in the first place.

Portable and helpful little thing
Updated: The dock gets hot after awhile. I hope this will not stop working any time soon. It works on HP Spectrum 360 as a charm. Made with plastic outer so it's light weight, and portable. I'm most excited about the audio jack and usb 2.0 and 3.0 They all work well. I do have issue with recording audio through my headphone using UpGro W. The sound is really low compare to recording voice through my phone jack. I will have to find another way to record my voice better. Overall, I do recommend.

The best most Affordable
This is indeed the best product out there. I have been using this adaptor for a couple of days flawlessly. At first, I thought it might be a bit scammy because I only bought it for 17$ but it really isn't. It is a 13-in-1 adaptor that truly functions like one. Easily the most recommendable.

Connect 4k monitor without any lag
Tested the dock to connect monitor, mouse, keyboard, charger, pendrive/external drive/memory card, LAN. All conections works as expected. Moreover it is cheaper than any other dock with similar connectivity. The dock case also looks solid. Ports are tight and no loose connection.

Works great
This product works great for connecting my old monitor using VGA connection, along with my mouse and keyboard. I bought one for each of my laptops and would recommend this to others needing VGA and USB ports. Many port extenders are typically not great for using external hard drives so I put my external hard drive directly into my laptop and use the UPGROW for items requiring less power like previously noted, (mouse, keyboard & Monitor). This product is very good quality and a great price. -Dan, Palatine Illinois

So far so good!
This feels like a solid product. It came faster than expected. Just in time for an emergency when I needed it to work from home.

Broke after 7 months, Amazon won't refund me
Update: Stopped working after 7 months. Amazon refuses to issue a refund even though they're the seller.Old review: Having used this now for nearly 2 months I can say that it functions in every way as I'd hoped. It handles my 1440p monitor, headphones, USB mouse, gigabit ethernet connection, and power delivery all through the one thunderbolt port on my LG GRAM laptop. I don't find the Hub gets unusually warm considering all that it's doing.

it works and gives endless options
I have ordered many different usb hubs, i didn't like the size, or they didn't work. this one works as advertised , is lightweight doesn't take up a lot of room and has 13 useable ports. don't hesitate to buy this

Me gustó, pero...
Es facil de usar y todo funciona bien hasta ahora, el único problema es que se calienta muy rápido y el cable es muy corto, pero hasta ahora me ha agradado ).
