Can the batteries be changed? if so, how do i do it? no instructions came with this. also, it was not boxed.

Yes, on the bottom of the handle there is a small screw. I cannot remember what size batteries exactly but I believe it was AAA. They were gifts for our great niece and nephews who live out of state but we checked the batteries before they left to go home.

How large is this toy gun?

I don't know the exact size, but I would say 7 to 8 inches. It fits my grandsons who are 6 and 4 and is fine for my and my husband 's hands.

The lights are stuck on, even when it is not being pressed. How do I fix this? I already tried taking the batteries out and it didn’t help.
