Thank the Lord for His provisions! This set of equipment is much needed at our church, and we were able to get them at a discounted rate during Cyber Monday. The weight and size are similar to a beeper (for those old enough to know what they are); slightly thinner and lightweight. Devices are very user-friendly and easy to set up. For someone who never used a device like this, it only took me a few button presses then good to go. Even if I run into some technical issues or want to learn about advanced functions—such as how to turn off all receivers at once with the transmitter—the customer service team is so prompt in answering the questions with step by step instruction.The sound is crisp and clear even with concrete pillars in between in an area bigger than half of a football field. Sound transmission remains clear as long as it’s open space on one level. I tested it out from second floor and the first floor cannot hear, which was expected. All the receivers will auto-lock to prevent accidentally switching to a different channel yet allow the listeners to adjust volume by pressing the up/down button. Since the equipment comes with 30+ channels, we can use different languages on different channel. The fact that one can add as many receivers as needed if the demand grows is a big benefit. To protect the devices, I bought a HUL 14in Two-Tone Aluminum Case with pick ‘n pluck foam on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0827L9MPW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_1lW3Fb4XZS7CD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ) below $30 and the set is complete. Another thing I do suggest replacing the included one-side foam-pad earphone with retractable rubber bilateral earphone which will be easier to sanitize. I got them for $1.50/each at the Daiso store.This particular equipment comes in different configuration (number of receivers and additions accessories). I found buying the 6-piece set (1 transmitter + 5 receivers) is the best deal at the moment of this review. All and all, so pleased with the quality and the ease of use.

Sound is muddy. S's sound like F's, if even audible. I don't know if it's the transmitter or what. Tested with 2 of the included receivers. Tried different sound sources. Tried moving closer and away. These need to have way more treble if they are meant to assist anyone hearing.

I work as an interpreter, mostly in the court system. This equipment is a must for trials and lengthy hearings. At first I was a little apprehensive because I felt the price was too good to be true but once I received it, I tested it at home and I have had 3 chances to use in in court with no problems at all. Some people may find the one-side ear piece a bit uncomfortable. I am going to have to reseach and buy headphones compatible with this equipment. Unfortunately the regular ones I had do not work with this equipment.

They are easy to use and great for what they are intended to be used for. Downside is that there is some buzzing when you wear the earphone but for the price it's understandable and still good to use!
