Fit XC40 (non-EV) very well and look good. I have the larger wheels and it still is easy to put on. A few tips: 1.) For front wheels, turn the wheel so you have better access to wheel well 2.) For back wheels, you probably will need a ratchet wrench with screw attachments both to remove and put screws back in Only feedback for manufacturer would be to provide a few more screws. It doesn't come with enough to secure the new flaps, but the original screws work too (just don't go in as deep). I mixed in some old screws with new ones to ensure the flaps are secure.

I used the existing screws on my XC40 to install these splash guards. It is helpful to have a low-profile mini ratchet wrench and a short T25 bit available if you go this route. All screws lined up perfectly and didn't have to remove the wheels. Total install time was about 1.5 hours for me, but I wasn't trying to rush or anything. Seem to be a much more economical alternative to the Volvo splash guards. Waiting to see how they hold up over a Minnesota winter.

I was able to get them on front and back with the tool provided but a fingerprint ratchet made it a bit quicker. Fits great, but they are not a great color match to the cladding.

Rear is simple screw in. Requires torx to unscrew open screws. Front on ev requires trimming or a different fit.

These fit well on the 2024 even though the add does not include that year, yet. I presumed no structural change and it paid off. They are a decent product and the color matches well. As others have stated, I used the stock screws without issue. You will need a T25 torx bit. I did not remove any of the tires but it is a bit tricky on the rears due to space available. I used the torx bit along with a small closed end wrench and got the job done within a half hour. Overall, a great option versus the $170 Volvo wanted for the set.

The price was good and the material was acceptable, but it did not fit properly (especially the front mud flaps) on my 2021 Volvo XC40. I dry-fitted them before using the screws provided and could see they had an incorrect space between the car body and the flap. If I had tried to force the screw the flaps would have been at an angle. I returned then and decided to buy the set from a Volvo dealer. I had no issues with the Volvo factory flaps.

2023 XC40 (gas model) Easy to install using the tool provided. No need for the screws supplied as the originals fit just fine. Be sure to turn the front wheels all the way to make it easy to access the screws. Rear wheels a bit more difficult to reach but you can hold in with one hand and spin the tool with the other. Removing the rear wheel would make it easier but I had no problem with the 20" tires installed. Great price.

Just paid over $150 from Volvo for my wife’s 2023. These are almost as good, fit perfect, and were easy to install. It’s ok to re-use the Volvo screws as the ones that come with the mud flaps are almost to long and hard to screw in all the way. Do yourself a favor and get a small right angle ratchet to install them. It will make the job much easier. I put mine on in less than a half hour.

Excellent fit & colour match Easy to fit though I recommend that you use the original screws when refitting as the ones supplied are a different diameter & difficult to fit apart from that brilliant

XC40 Recharge T5 2022で装着、誤差を覚悟して購入したのですが前後共にボルボ装着ネジで取付出来ました。

Perfect fit, holes aligned with the screws - use the ones supplied to replace originals as there is just that little extra length to compensate for the mud flap. Definitely great value compared to the dealer quoted price. Highly recommend.
