Very simple to make
This pancake mix is great. It's very easy to make, I just add the two eggs, milk and two bananas and blend. The pancakes are soft and fluffy with a nice flavour. I definitely recommend this product if you are gluten intolerant.

Good quality, potato starch free
Good quality gluten free flour, that is potato starch free which is very difficult to find in ready made flour. Makes great scones but not good for bread.

Totally inedible. I wrongly assumed you couldn't go too wrong with pancakes and figured that despite the price, they were worth a try. I was wrong. They taste how I would assume slightly warm, damp cardboard would taste. So dry, it sucks all the moisture out of your mouth and then leaves you with an awful after taste. Most of the family tried it and everyone agreed the whole batch needed to go in the bin. Do not bother trying these!

Brought for granddaughter on special diet she loved it.
Easy to use and cook. Follow instructions especially leaving a little lumpy as makes the waffles very light. Granddaughter loved both waffles and pancakes this product made her feel very normal and not left out of foods. Excellent
