It’s hard to know for sure whether or not this vitamin does much because I use it in tandem with some other hair restoration products/meds but I really do think it contributes to thicker, shinier hair just like they say. It doesn’t happen instantly of course and you really do need to take two per day and it’s expensive but I would have stopped by now if I thought it did nothing.

No visible results. A waste of time.

Worked with a colleague whose wife was an esthetician. She told my workmate to suggest this product (Which I’d never heard of) for me. Cool!? Let’s face it……loosing your hair sucks. Embarrassing , and kinda private. But I bought the women’s formula and patiently took it for months: These are the rules……if you can’t handle these simple concepts. Stop reading 1.You have to be patient 2.You have to diligent And, 3. you have to fork over the money I grew hair after about 3 months I started noticing hair growing.
