Where can I buy replacement blades?

You can buy them on Amazon or any quilting store. Hardware stores carry them as well (Harbor Freight, Lowes, Home Depot). Just make sure they are 45mm, and look at the center of the blade to make sure it looks the same. Some have solid round centers and those won’t be compatible.

Rotary cutter isn't cutting why??? I recently purchased.

Blades can dull quickly depending on what you are cutting. If it is brand new and you haven’t cut anything, it may be screwed on to tight.

can i use any kind of replacing blade?

As long as it is 45mm, you can use any brand of blade. The 45mm refers to the size of the blade.
