Look at the pictures they have to see how to hang the spiral thingys
This birthday bundle plus bought another surfboard garland to hang the spiral streamer helped make the place festive for our grandson's birthday visit. Easy to put up and easy to take down. I just put the decorations away into sandwich bags to reuse another time. Didn't have instructions. I recommend looking at the pictures they show on how to put together as I always hang things upsidedown and instead of attaching the surfboards and boardshorts to the spiral plastic streamers, I just hung gift ribbon and hung the surfboards and boardshorts to that gift ribbon mainly because I didn't look at the pictures to see how I was supposed to hang the decorations. Of course there was the question on whether the spiral thingys hang large to small or small to large. Some were hung both ways as we didn't look at the pictures on how they should be hung. Note some of the plastic wire once used can't be unsnapped once attaching the surfboards to the plastic coil streamers so be sure you have it on the end you need it to be attached.
