Prompt Service
The process of extending the product warranty period is fairly straight forward and in simple steps. They have promptly activated the extended warranty on my Lenovo Yoga Duet 7 tab and it's reflecting on Lenovo website. Would recommend.

Not recommended
To get the extended warrenty and to activate it they made me mail more than 8 time and few calls. Dont know GOD forbid what happens if ever I have to claim. The employees are not trained and not efficient.

Warranty not updated with product
1 year extended warrenty not updated with Lenovo .Due to this I am not able to take the benifit .This is just the westes of money.
