Review: Good book that covers the basics - This is a good introductory book to EV engineering. I'd put it at the freshman to sophomore college level. Covers a lot of the basic physics relationships for how EVs operate. Authors are also very clear and offer good experienced insight which makes it an easy read. From that perspective it's a very good book. However, if you're looking for something a bit more advanced or highly detailed in a particular area this probably isn't going to be your first choice.

This is a good introductory book to EV engineering. I'd put it at the freshman to sophomore college level. Covers a lot of the basic physics relationships for how EVs operate. Authors are also very clear and offer good experienced insight which makes it an easy read. From that perspective it's a very good book. However, if you're looking for something a bit more advanced or highly detailed in a particular area this probably isn't going to be your first choice.
