Do NOT fit a spindle lift..
They seem like great shocks but for all those out there who may be new to this.. they ONLY fit if you have a 4in-5in suspension lift. They do NOT fit if you have a 4in spindle lift. A spindle lift does NOT change any of your suspension components, only the height of the tire placement. You will still need a stock size shock absorber. I learned this the hard way.. should've done more research. Do more research :)

Didn't fit as advertised
Did not fit at all. I purchased several suspension components to prepare for some repairs and refresh. I was looking for you upgraded shocks to replace my factory ones. Ordered these thinking they would fit my 99 ranger. Amazon showed it would fit. Nowhere in the description does it state that this is for lifted trucks. The title I assumed was a measurement of the shock tube body or something. Unfortunately, I waited until I had enough money to buy the parts I needed and finally getting everything after a couple months, I went to try to install. These won't work for what I needed and I'm way past the return window. So now I'm stuck with new shocks I can't use and out a hundred bucks plus still have to find some that I can use. Would be nice if they can change the description to clearly state this will not work unless you have a lift kit.

Rough country shocks
I see that others say they don’t fit a lifted truck well they do they work just fine easy to install I got front shocks and rear supports my truck keeps it level keep up the good work RC

Mount on bottom is to short to attach to studs on bottom control arm

DO NOT BUY
These DO NOT fit a 2005 ford ranger with coil springs. I have a lift on my ranger so I got these because my current shocks aren’t long enough. The cutout for the bolts don’t even match the bolts in the lower control arms. So stupid do better rough country. Will not be buying anything rough country from now on and I suggest you don’t get them either!

Cmon . I wasted my time & money. This doesnt fit to my 2010 ranger.Amazon pls do something about this .
