Definitely helps with sleeping
I’ve been using an OTC “PM” sleep aid for a few years. It works for me. However, to decrease the amount of acetaminophen I ingest, I decided to try melatonin (mainly to replace the other PM medication) as a sleep aid. I ended up buying the 20mg version. I’m happy to report that so far—after more than a month—these melatonin tablets are working as good or better than the acetaminophen PM tabs I was previously using to help me sleep. I’ve noticed no side effects and can definitely recommend them to those who need to sleep better.

It's a great and affordable product.
Its important to my wife that she gets a good quality sleep because of her condition. This product is wonderful for two reasons. #1 she gets a peaceful nights sleep no gagging because of the taste and a better quality. 2# our closest grocery store is 30 minutes away in another state and the prices are out rages and hard on my pocket book. This way is more easier and beneficial to us ! Thank you Amazon!!!

I can finally sleep!
I've been taking something at night for sleep, to no avail. A friend told me about Melatonin about a year ago. Finally! I got tired & went to sleep for the night with no "drug hangover". Also, I have a Senior friend who was having serious problems getting to sleep & staying there. I gave him a bottle of Melatonin to try; he expressed his thanks & told me that the medicine works. I'm taking the 20 mg. I suggest you start with the lowest dose to learn how you tolerate it. Happy snoring!
