First time I have ever got a new book. It came in quickly.

I paid for this to be new but the access code was already scratched out. It also had a rental sticker. Don’t waste your money buying new.

I ordered this book for my class and having an access code is required. I chose and paid extra to receive a new and unused copy, but was sent a used book that was written on and had note cards/sticky notes placed throughout. The book has been bent and is tearing at the spine. At least the access code was still intact.
