Ordered it Oct. Was pregnant by end of November. My son is now 2. Didn't change my diet, didn't do anything different. Didn't even think I was fertile anymore due to having so many surgeries and age. I now recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it.

I was a little nervous to buy a lubricant because we usually don't use them and I was worried about changing or affecting my bodies natural ph. But we are actviely TTC...After some research I went with Biogenesis and I am so happy we gave it a shot! It is a great consistency-very smooth and a little goes a long way. It did not burn or anything, nor disturb my bodies ph which was such a relief-because you never know how your body might respond to something. My fertility acupuncturist also recommended this formula as well, so that was also reassuring. This is our first month using it and I will give an update if we were successful!

UPDATE: Baby girl is a month old now! I have already ordered more for when we start TTC again! I have had this around for a while and I had used it a few times but I usually forgot because we don’t really need lube and it’s awkward in the moment to reach for it and deal with the applicator and everything. I just wanted the extra boost while TTC. We weren’t timing or using ovulation tests or anything. Whatever happens, happens. 7 months later, I was experiencing some irritation that came about because of multiple daily romps for weeks in a row and my body just didn’t have enough time to recover in between. So I started applying 1g (it’s easy to measure with the included applicators) every morning and every night to moisturize and soothe without introducing anything that could potentially harm our baby making efforts. Even that small amount (trust me, you don’t need much) was plenty to keep me “ready” for hours because I wanted to be able to be spontaneous. I always used it first thing when I woke up and last thing before I went to bed. This covered any “activities” in between. There was no leakage and it was a good consistency very similar to natural lubrication. It never dried out or got sticky during the act even though in many circumstances I had used it hours earlier. To my complete shock, 3 weeks after I started this routine, I got a very strong instant positive 4 days past my missed period. We had changed nothing else. For 7 months we’re were doing the deed daily not really giving it much thought. I am convinced this was what tipped the scales in our favor. It creates a balanced environment for your little “guests” and nourishes them and smoothed the path so they can make it a little bit further on their journey. I am definitely a believer and I will be using it again when it’s time for #2!

Bought this stuff on Jan 3, 2026. Positive Pregnancy test Jan 27, 2026. Im not saying it WAS because of the lube, I'm just saying, obviously the lube didn't prevent hinder anything lol. Worked great, non-irritating which is a lot coming from me because my skin is EXTREMELY sensitive. The consistency is basically water though so...caution when applying lol and good luck!

It’s pretty much straight water. Much so that it drops right out of the tube and down my leg if I use it. I got it by mistake. I use the remoisturize they make which I love but this was a disappointment. I might end up Throwing it away. The packaging is blue and white but for whatever reason they use the green packaging in the picture as in the remoisturize product for menopausal women and it’s definitely caused me to get the wrong thing.

While I cannot comment on the fertility enhancing bit, I am happy with the feel and longevity of this product. I have tried many products and have experienced burning or itching due to sensitive skin. This product felt natural and non sticky. It is very liquidy though but it mimics natural body lubrication. Highly recommended!

We use this brand a lot. This one however was very watery. Like you can't even turn the tube sideways or it starts pouring out like water. It's always been a runny texture but it's usually not this watery. It's crazy. You can't even put it in your hand to spread it. We have used this brand to get pregnant over a year ago.

This product is quite watery and as they advertise, it does mimic natural secretions very closely. It's not heavy, doesn't leave a residue or a sticky feeling after being used and dries fairly quickly. I have tried other lubcants, and this is by far our favorite. We're sold and will just stick with this brand. A little goes a long way.
