Works as described. Shorter than anticipated. I am 5' 4" long torso short arms and had to bend down to use it. My husband is 6' 5" and it looks like a child's toy in his hand. If no mobility issues you will be fine. Very easy to use and even picks up the debris from our 4 lbs dog easily. Handle grip is fine and operates as intended. It is not difficult to operate and our 5 uear old does so with ease. Even she can squeeze the handle to get the claw to open.

It scoops the poop! But I wish the hinge was a bit more durable. This is the third we've gone through - and we leave ours outside for the backyard. After about a year, that hinge ends up breaking right at the pivot point making it utterly useless. But it's still the best of what's out there for the price...

This tool is a life saver, we have four big dogs and everybody knows that’s is hard to keep up with their business, but with this gadget is very easy to pick up their 💩, is very easy to clean and teh material is very sturdy as well. No need to bend down and is also very easy to assemble. I can clean my backyard in a 123. If you have pets this is a must have.

My only gripe is I wish they would make these longer so you wouldn’t have to bend. Otherwise, it is pretty heavy duty.

It's only about two feet tall is not quite long enough the color is nice and the size of the actual civil part is wonderful the thickness is pretty okay and it's lightweight easy to use and easy to clean and very sturdy I just wish it had a Flat Shoal head so you could actually sit on the ground with that if I falling over
