I was attracted to this model because of the handle & the chair hook. It also looked much more sturdy than other brands. Received via UPS (1 week). Packaged extremely well. Two hour assembly for this elder citizen which was easy at first, but installing the pedal axles posed a problem. The pedal axles would not turn easily by hand, per instructions. I had to use lubricating oil and the wrench to screw the axle through the crank far enough to attach the nut on the other side. And completing that task took some muscle. I'm not sure the thread on the axle & the nut were completely compatible. I screwed, unscrewed & re-screwed the two pieces a few times before I was satisfied with the connection. With assembly completed, I tried it out & it works great. I will not be using the myCloudFitness Bluetooth app. I do wish it had a dial face that indicated the distance travelled by pedaling which could be reset at will. I'll be using this at home at my leisure not at my workplace under my desk. One task at a time is good enough for me. I'd hoped the Exerpeutic 900E Elliptical would work under my dining room table so I could workout then swivel my seat to watch TV, but my knees hit the lip (25" above the floor) under my table. Since my dining room chairs have casters like an office chair, I just moved the elliptical to the other side of the table and have it out in the open. I started slowly - 5 minutes, 3 time daily, closest seat position @ level 1 tension. I aim to strengthen my knees and increase my blood circulation to curtail the numbness, cramping & tingling in my legs & feet. I am in a hurry for relief. But I've learned that patience & persistence leads to success and haste often leads to injury. After a month, I've noticed a subtle improvement in my numbness & tingling and a great improvement with the nocturnal cramping. My ABS are getting a work-out too. I realize I can't erase years of sitting with hours of stationary pedaling. The Exerpeutic 900E provides a comfortable gateway exercise that will ease me safely into a more active lifestyle & better health. And, I hope, a lot less pain. This is a hefty machine. It is rather heavy, but the handle helps. There are less expensive devices, but I'm not sorry about the $200US, I paid, because of the design workmanship & quality of the materials. I probably would have chosen this in a brick & mortar store comparison of several similar products. I doubt I would have paid too much more. Two months after beginning, I have lost 5 pounds and 6 inches. That, in spite of not being faithful to my 3 times daily routine. Good luck & good health to you. Super easy to set up from box to ready was 6 minutes. The machine works well, so quiet and stable, great use of under desk space in front of the computer. I also really love to use it while watching TV. I can truly focus on youtube, TV due to chair hook brings stabilize. Much better than another cheaper machine uses. and the benefit Bluetooth app, it can tracks all my exercise records, like miles, calories burned...i love it and need it! Chair hook and Bluetooth app are wonderful bonus features!!! with it, i promise to do exercise EVERY DAY.

was tun, wenn man den ganzen Tag im Homeoffice sitzt und das dringende Bedürfnis nach einem Training aufkommt, dass sich in die Arbeitszeit integrieren lässt? Ein Trainingsgerät musste her. Meine Ansprüche: - Da mein Schreibtisch nicht höhenverstellbar ist, muss das Gerät damit kompatibel sein - Es darf im Raum nicht zu viel Platz einnehmen - Es muss möglichst geräuschlos sein - Es soll auch wirksam sein. Eine Physiotherapeutin sagte mir mal, dass die meisten Pedaltrainer viel zu wenig Wiederstand bieten und eher etwas für ältere Leute sind wo es nur um generelle Bewegung geht aber nicht um Muskulatur. Für dieses Gerät habe ich mich entschieden weil: - in den Rezensionen bestätigt wurde, dass der Tretwiederstand definitiv vorhanden ist. - ich Hoffnung hatte, dass ich das Gerät tatsächlich direkt am/untern Schreibtisch nutzen kann - Die Möglichkeit den Schreibtischstuhl einzuharken mir als großartige Funktion erschien. - hier keine Beschwerden über laute ruckelige Tretlager vorhanden waren. Die erste Lieferung ging dann leider erstmal schief. Ich hatte ein vollkommen anderes Gerät hier stehen. Aber der Verkäufer hat innerhalb weniger Minuten super freundlich reagiert. Das falsche Gerät wurde am nächsten Tag wieder abgeholt und am Übernächsten kam die eigentliche Bestellung. Besser hätte man nicht reagieren können, als Verkäufer! Das Gerät bringt ordentlich Gewicht mit und wirkt insgesamt sehr wertig. Die Aufbauanleitung war sehr verständlich. Alles was man an Werkzeug braucht ist dabei und qualitativ wirklich gut. Ich hab sicher etwas mehr als eine Stunde gebraucht, konnte es als kleine Frau mit 1,65m trotzdem alleine aufbauen. Die dazugehörige App nimmt via Bluetooth Kontakt zum Pedaltrainer auf und zeigt dann sowas wie Geschwindigkeit und zurückgelegte Kilometer an. Die Basisfunktionen sind Kostenlos. Es funktioniert auf jeden Fall. Wenn ich tracken möchte, nutze ich aber lieber die Smartwatch. Das Verbinden von Stuhl und Gerät funktioniert prima, so dass man es beim Treten nicht von sich weg schiebt. Der Abstand ist einstellbar. Jemand schrieb in seiner Rezension, dass er mit den Knien unter den Tisch stößt. Das kann tatsächlich ein Problem sein. Je nach Abstand und Sitzhaltung kann ich treten ohne immer anzustoßen. Der Wiederstand ist tatsächlich ordentlich. Die schwächste Einstellung ist schon sehr deftig. Bisher habe ich nie den Drang verspürt höher zu gehen. Aber ich wollte ja explizit auch ein ein Gerät bei dem der Wiederstand spürbar ist. Das Lager läuft rund und ohne Ruckeln oder Unterbrechungen.. sehr angenehm. Nach ein paar Tagen hatte ich plötzlich leichte Geräusche. Dazu muss ich aber auch sagen, dass meine Katze ihre Streu überall verteilt und es kein wunder ist, wenn Streu, Staub, Fell sich in die Zwischenräume setzt. WD40 hat geholfen. Seitdem sind keine Geräusche mehr da und die Pedale laufen noch sanfter. Ich kann locker beim telefonieren oder in Videokonferenzen trainieren ohne dass das Gerät hörbar ist.

Im Prinzip bin ich mit diesem Untertisch Ellipsentrainer zufrieden. Der Exerpeutic 900E Exerwork Ellipsentrainer für das Training unter dem Schreibtisch ist mit 129 EUR kein billiges Gerät. Der ausziehbare Stuhlhaken ist sinnvoll, damit sich ein Stuhl auf Rollen nicht wegschiebt. Ohne den Haken könnte man bei höherer Einstellung nicht richtig trainieren. Das Gerät ist stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet und dürfte nicht so schnell defekt werden. Der Aufbau geht schnell und sehr einfach (gute Beschreibung liegt bei). Es gibt jedoch auch Kritikpunkte und deshalb ein Stern Abzug. 1.) Ultraleise wie gemäß Artikelbeschreibung ist das Gerät nicht (liegt vielleicht an den Rollen). Es ist jedoch nicht laut, das Geräusch stört mich nicht wirklich. 2.) Die unterste Schwierigkeitsstufe 1 hat schon einen spürbaren Widerstand, das hätte ich mir noch einen Tick leichter gewünscht für das einfache Pendeln und bewegen der Beine. Dafür ist Stufe 14 eigentlich zu schwer, man will ja keine Beinpresse unter dem Schreibtisch. Bei Stufe 14 wird man stark in der Rückenlehne des Stuhls gepresst. Zur Info ich schaffe locker 140 Kg mit 30 Wiederholungen an der Beinpresse und habe durch tägliches Radfahren trainierte Beine. 3) Die Rollen haben einen starken Abrieb und hinterlassen kleine Partikel auf dem Boden. Das Material ist zu weich, die Rollen nutzen zu schnell ab. Zur Info: Ich habe mir heute bei Amazon neue Inline Scater Rollen 70, 82A bestellt, ich hoffe diese sind leiser und verschleißen nicht so schnell.
