Great laptop at a reasonable price
Had this for several months now and it's streets better than my old Lenovo. Love the fingerprint reader on the power button. Screen is good, sharp and great colours, perhaps could do with a little more brightness when you use it in sunshine. Looks good, slim, light and nice grey satin finish.

Very good product
Highly recommend. Screen quality is great, camera is great but the only thing is that it's built into the keyboard and the angle it takes might be a bit annoying

Great laptop apart from the odd ticking sound
I really like this laptop. It's nice and compact, not too heavy for a 15" screen, and faster than my old Asus Zenbook by quite a large margin. I haven't found anything to complain about that hasn't already been mentioned here, except for one really odd problem - a consistent ticking sound. The ticking is irregular, a bit like the tick of an old clock, and the timing of the ticks is random, sometimes every couple of seconds, sometimes a bit more.I initially assumed it must be the audio system, so I turned off sound, but the ticking carried on. I then thought it was perhaps the keyboard, with keys clicking back into place after a short time, but the tick happenes when there is no typing. When I checked CPU usage within windows 10 there did seem to be some correlation between peaks of CPU usage and the ticking.I was just about to wrap it up and send it back to Amazon (the tick is loud enough to be quite annoying) but I thought I would give it a quick visual check first. There was nothing I could see underneath it, but (and this is the reason for writing a review), when I had it on and turned upside down, the tick stopped completely. For the rest of that period of use, the ticking vanished. When I turned it on after it cooled down, the ticking reappeared again, so I held it upside down, and once again, the ticking disappeared. There are a few pages around the internet that specifically mention AMD Ryzen processors and ticking, but no one seems to know what causes it.It seems that there might be a mechanical issue with the machine, but the hassle of setting it back to factory, returning it to Amazon and waiting for another one for the sake of a relatively small issue that can be resolved quite easily is perhaps unnecessary, so i'll be keeping the machine as long as the problem remains solvable and doesn't worsen. It still gets a 4/5 from me just for the ease of use and the long battery life though.

Great Laptop
Really like this laptop. Good price but nice specification. I got the D15 . . . 8GB + 512GB . . . . no complaints so far.My only problem is I bought it on Amazon interest free monthly payments. Amazon took the full amount . . . they said that was a mistake and said it would be refunded when delivered. They then messaged to say they wouldn't honour the monthly payment agreement and to return for a refund or keep the laptop!! (I've kept it as I really like it)

Love this laptop - a great desktop replacement.
After having an asos i7 for many years this felt significantly faster. It isn't a gaming laptop though and X4 does warn you about reduced graphics as an example but for general use & coding/demanding creativity apps it is really fast.It is light and has been robust enough to survive the children schooling from home and lugging it around.Overall I love it.
