I just want to put this out there in case it can help someone else. i’m 5’4 and have never weighed over 115. I used to drink the ensure to gain and maintain with like 360 cal but nothing. I would drink multiple of them a day too, so I was definitely putting the effort in. I’ve tried weight gainer powders. I’ve tried so many different things even at one point I only ate McDonald’s but it just seems like everything I ate would digest super fast and nothing ever stuck. I know poor me. Then I started drinking these like three or four of them a day. I know it sounds like a lot, but I don’t really have much of an appetite because of one of my medications.. and at some point, you just have to do something different so I was drinking like four day and I noticed my pants were getting tighter but you know that can happen with even subtle bloating so I didn’t think much of it but then I got on the scale one day and I actually weighed 130 pounds! And I started around 105 and I was able to put the weight on in less than 60 days. I was thrilled and I still am maintaining. I actually had to stop drinking as many because I was honestly starting to keep gaining, but I still try to at least drink 2 a day and I try to eat more actual food.. but on days when I just have no appetite, I know I can count on these. I mean, obviously they aren’t ideal and nothing can replace real nutritious fresh food, but sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures and I’m 40 so it’s not like I’m a teenager just trying different things. My entire life I have tried to gain and nothing has ever worked. I have never topped 115 until I try these. Just keep in mind everybody is different and everyone’s experience is going to be different so that works for me, might not work for you.they taste okay but I just chug them anyway

Great value and value. This drink is a must for aging seniors who have problems eating and swallowing. Taste is good if to sweet dilute with additional regular milk. Nice thickness.

These are great, they taste amazing and I gained quite a few pounds. Only downside is the price. Too expensive for me to continually buy. 360 calories a serving and the quality is good.

I LOVE this Chocolate Boost! I have reached the age when I do not feel like cooking for just myself. I have a Boost for dinner almost every day. I just love it!!! I tastes almost like a chocolate milk shake. The secret is to put it in the freezer for 10-12 minutes before drinking.

Been using boost plus for my husband who needs extra nutrition due to his poor health prefers strawberry which i put in fridge that he enjoys
