The media could not be loaded.  Honestly was not sure what to expect when ordering these. I have tried several other true wireless ear buds before this and was not really happy with them but I think I am going to stick with these Peatops.For less than half the price of the other brands I had purchased the audio quality is much closer than it has any right to be. I especially like how much control you have just using the buds. you can control volume, skip tracks forward and backwards, start, stop, answer phone AND activate your phones voice assistant. As an added bonus you can use either the left or right bud alone and the only functions you loose are either volume up or down, or skip track forward or back (Left bud controls volume up and next track right bud controls volume down and previous track) a double tap on either bud starts and stops the track, and a triple tap brings up the voice assistant.Would definitely suggest them to a friend if they were looking for an affordable set of earbuds that still sound good.

I am returning these today.Bought them on Black Friday based on reviews. Here's the thing:First the good.-Good price.-Decent sound quality.-Seem to hold a charge pretty well.But:-For ear buds they are particularly heavy feeling in the ears.-The charging case is large and VERY heavy. There may be a larger than normal battery in there, but it's not something you'd want to carry around in your pocket.-Honestly, and I know this is an odd complaint, but they are too loud even at the lowest volume of the phone.Lastly, and this was the deciding factor, they fell out of my ears three times today while cleaning around the house. I tried all three sizes of ear piece, but no luck. Two of the sizes are so close that they look almost exactly the same.So, back they will go.I'm going to say they would probably be a good value for the cost, but if I can't keep them in my ears then they don't do me much good.

Delivered Aug 9. The right side worked fine for 2 weeks, now it says connected but no sound. Now, Sept 1, less than one month total, and the left side will disconnect for no reason. I'm sitting in a chair, holding my phone, watching a video, suddenly I hear disconnected.So 40 bucks for 2 weeks, don't waste your money.Fyi, I have zero connection issues with my 5 year old Bluetooth speaker. The problem is not the phone it's the earbuds!

I'm not an audiophile and "flunked" tech, but I know it's easy to connect these, put them in your ear, hear just what you'd hear out of the regular speakers, but nobody else can hear any of those sounds. I live in an apt. bldg. where there is a noise rule at night. Sometimes I want to listen to a movie even if it's past "quiet time". With these I can.

In January 2021, I purchased a pair of your wireless earbuds. They worked well for the first month - half or until the warranty expired. Now the left ear bud does not maintain a charge. I would like your expeditious assistance in resolving this issue through replacement or refund.

Where to begin...1. THey loose connection if your phone is in your back pocket opposed to the front.2. They fall out of your ears constantly.3. The battery life is a joke, by the end of the 2nd month they only lasted an hr.4. The touch sensors make accidental hang-u feature go off all the time.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the piano black finish of the charger, the ability to also charge my phone and use it as a power bank, and the multilanguage owner's manual is super straightforward and easy to understand. Sound quality is very nice for this price point and the earbuds are super lightweight which is SUPER IMPORTANT to me since I have very sensitive ears. Love it.

Great sound quality. Only complaint is their a little bulky, doesn't lay flush/hidden. But still a good product
