Pure Enrichment PureZone Mini Portable Air Purifier

Update: I reached out to their customer service as I saw there was a 5 year warranty and explained what happened. They sent me a new one almost immediately and it delivered like two days after I talked with them. Top tier customer service! Update a few months after last update: The air filter died on me WHILE charging. I started having to use it exclusively on the charger as even after a full night charging it now will only run for a max of 30 minutes. It was nice while it lasted but I may just invest in a small plug in filter for my desk so I don't need to deal with taking it on and off a charger. I already have to keep it on a charger to begin with I might as well invest in something more reliable. Update a year later: It still works well but I'm noticing it will only hold a charge for about an hour or two now vs the 8-9 hours it used to hold a charge for. I still enjoy it but dislike having to keep it plugged in to use it. After being sick consistently every month this year I decided to get a tiny air filter for my desk in my small shared office. Including using it I have noticed it eliminates gross smells from the microwave, cigarette smoke and overall I've noticed absolutely zero flu symptoms since using it. I can't tell if it placebo or not but I've been enjoying it. It is pretty affordable and able to be moved around extremely easily as it's the size of a water bottle. Also taking it to a hotel I felt as though I could breathe easy knowing that there was (hopefully) fresher air near our bed. There are 3 settings low, medium and high and I love that you can still use it while it's plugged in if it dies as I use it for my 8 hour shift and sometimes forget to plug it in at night to charge.

My son has pretty severe allergies, especially during the spring, and they make his eyes incredibly itchy. We bought this portable air purifier to help him while he's at school, and so far it seems to have made a difference when used along with his allergy medications. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. It doesn't seem to bother his classmates or draw attention in the classroom. We were willing to try anything to help keep him comfortable, and this has been a helpful addition to our allergy-fighting toolkit. He even slept with it right beside his face one night because it was so quiet! We've only used it through this spring allergy season, but it has held up well so far. Hopefully it continues working just as well by next spring. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it to other parents looking for extra ways to help a child with seasonal allergies.

Great for what it's for. Does the job. Filters great. Don't love that once you pour the coffee into something else, and clean it and remove plunger you can't just then pour the coffee back in and use it as a standalone cup without all the plunger stuff in it without it leaking. You have to leave that stuff in it to use it like a cup with a lid or the lid will leak everywhere. I know I know, you're thinking just leave all the junk in it. But I wanted to put milk in with the coffee and that would have been easier and had a lot more room without all the stuff in it. It is what it is though. It is great for a French press and that is what its intended use is so 5 on that. But 1 star off for my little inconsequential gripe.

Very good small size and wireless

Even though this purifier is small, it was able to do a great job clearing the air. Super easy to charge and lasted a long time between charges.

I hope this is actually purifying the immediate air as its marketing copy promises. However, be aware that it stays charged for fewer than 5 hours and takes nearly 3 hours to recharge. It's lightweight and quiet as described.

It runs but seems like it pulls very little air. The main picture shows it being used in a car but if you put it in your cup holder, then almost 100% of the vents that pool air is actually blocked then by your cup holder since it pulls from the bottom sides..... The airflow is so weak I'm imagining it's not pulling much car cabin air at all to filter other than the air that is inside of the cup holder. Even when on the highest setting where you put your hand over it you can barely feel if it is on or not since there's little air movement. For the price point of this very small device, there should be a charger included and there is not, Just a USB chord. This makes sense difficult to know if you're using a charger plug that is going to be appropriate for this electronic device or not and how that might impact longevity of the battery. For the very small device at $40 you would think that would be included. For those reasons I took off a star. It runs, it's not very loud at all. I'm not sure about effective ness because I can't smell much anyway but seems to be working. I ran it the first time in my bedroom while sleeping right next to my bed and was plugged in the first night, the second night I unplugged it to see how long the battery would last and when I woke up it was not on so the battery died sometime in the middle of the night only on the lowest setting. Seems like the battery charge does not hold very long, Other than that seems good.

Very lightweight. Speed 1 is very quiet, 2 is ok can ignore the sound, 3 is rather loud. But I think in a indoor environment there is no need to use speed 3. 1 or 2 is good enough. Very portable!

An easy to use product. Very effective in my vehicle. Quite happy with its performance.

Used for travel on the airplane, in my hotel room, and in the car. Most recently used in oppressive heat with poor air quality in Anaheim. Approx the size of a water bottle. Fits perfectly in the cup holder of my car and in the cup placement on the airplane tray table, also in the bottle pocket of my backpack. Excellent construction, sturdy, has a stabilizing rubber ring on the bottom and an adjustable handle, lightweight, compact and quiet. Has 3 speeds, low, medium, high. Charge lasts 2-12 hours depending on speed. Suitable for overnight on bedside table. Comes with its own charging cable. I have asthma and this little purifier with a replaceable true HEPA filter was strong enough to noticeably refresh the air for me on my recent trip. A great little unit for travel, and the price was right!

This product was recommended to me by a friend, and I haven't regretted it. It has come with me on trains, planes, and even in a tuk-tuk in India. I keep it in my cross-body bag or in the outer pocket of my backpack, which I put on my lap. It makes a noticeable difference to the air quality in my immediate area. The only downside is that the button is easily activated by accident, so I've learned to place it carefully in my bag. Battery life is good, and I love that it's USB-rechargeable.
