Works as described and good price

Works great on my Canon recorder.

So far, it has been as good as the original (Canon) equipment I bought it to replace. Haven't been through enough cycles to know how it will hold up, hence only 4 stars, but it charges as well as the original in the Canon charger. Update through 2017: still charges well but yields noticeably shorter shooting time than the original. Enough to still merit four stars but I have to be sure I have a fully charged spare for a day's shooting, especially if I use flash. Update - died (unable to charge) in February 2018. Original Canon equipment battery still going strong.

I wouldn't use them as "main" batteries just as a spare to finish the shoot

Just like the original and charge lasts as long, too.

I got this for my old camera an ex gave me and the other one wasn't holding a charge any more than 40 minutes total. It's nice to know I can find replacements for this and have more of a steady charge to them than before. Thanks for coming through in a pinch, battery's solid.
