It’s a dropper post. Push the button, squat and it goes down. Push the button again and the seat goes up your butt. I bought it and used it a couple weeks on the trail and was really happy. Took a trip up to Copper Harbor and realized how transformative it can really be even to have even a cheap dropper on an intense ride. Bought one for my wife’s bike right away.

A dropper post makes a world of difference. This is an entry level item for casual mountain bikers ( if that’s possible ). Install on my bike was finicky. Due to frame angles. Routed the cable to outside and works great. No fault of the product. User error only. Excellent price point!

The media could not be loaded. Works smooth and fast, but is much louder when fully compressed or extended compared to any other droppers I've heard. I wish it had 2 bolt seat adjustment but it's a deal at the price.
