Me and my husband have try other brands but so far we keep on coming back to this brand. Yes they smell awful but they knock you out. We get a good 7 hours sleep. And wake up feeling rested. They seem to be very popular because I use to buy them at my local CVS pharmacy and they always out of stock.

Believe me, I have tried EVERYTHING to help me sleep. This product works!

49 yr old female who has a long history of mild anxiety and sleep issues. I committed to trying them to appease my significant other. I agreed to try them (all 28) for 28 nights. Here's what happened. I took it 1/2 hr prior to bed and for a week I didn't notice a real difference. During the second week I noticed I got a tiny bit more sleep, but then realized it was giving me a deeper sleep during those hours. The third week I noticed intermittent sleep (still woke briefly in the night), but again, more rested overall. I've now taken them for two months without fail and am convinced I'm getting more hours and better, more restful sleep overall. I've never responded to melatonin. This is a combination I totally believe in and will no doubt continue to take. Hope this helps.

These will knock you tf out all night but they do small like farts as many reviews have pointed out so I took off one star. I tend to have slight groggy feeling in the morning with melatonin so there’s also that. They should really just remove whatever ingredient stinks so bad as I don’t think the benefit is worth it.

Excellent to adjust time zone - take one on my long flight to and from Asia, and then continue each night for at least 2 days - work very well and feel refreshed - perfect remedy for jet lag.

I felt like I slept and was awake for most of the night, if that makes sense. It is almost 12 hours since I took it, and I am still tired. I regularly take the ingredients in this, without feeling like this. I don't know if it was just a bad night for me or if these just don't work for me. Not eager to repeat the experience.

Love these because of the extended release as my problem was never so much falling asleep but staying asleep. No more problems after trying these.

It must be the valerian, but these smell awful! If that bothers you, maybe try the gummies. So far, I've tried several types of the ZZZquil naturals and these are by far my favorite in the way they work. I sleep much better for longer with no morning grogginess. Even if I wake for the bathroom, I go right back to sleep instantly. These are life changing!
