Like everything there are good things and bad things about this device.Good:* It doesn't hang up right away. ( If you accidently hang up and pick up within 3 seconds the call is will still be there)* It is pretty small* Simple to use* Good Headset retention (too good)* When you have missed a call the number will remain on the screen till the next time you pick up the phone.Bad:* The pressure of the headset makes my ears hurt by the end of the day. (I actually had to massage my ears the first FEW weeks) I have worked in call centers for the last ten years so this was weird to me that it hurt at the end of the day. I have had this device for about 6 months and use it 5 times a week and it still hurts my ears.* Even when the ringer is "off" it still sounds through the headset and is actually really loud. I can hear it in the rooms adjacent it my office.* The ringer is pretty loud when I am wearing it. (Doesn't matter if I have the ringer off which actually means in rings in the headset or on which is super loud)* Makes a terrible sound when you answer the phone or use the mute button. I still haven't really gotten used to the noise. I don't like it much and want to buy another set for this specific reason. I am really annoyed by the sound.* The On/Off button and the Mute gets "sticky" sorry I can't describe it better. I have to press the button 1-3 times for it to work sometimes.Overall:This is an okay headset if you cannot afford a better one. If this a temporary headset than its great but I wouldn't recommend this for long term use. I have been using this headset for about 6 months and I plan on buying a different one when I can afford one.

Well, I'm still certifying for my job so I haven't really used it other than to test it out to make sure it works right. Thank goodness the instructions that allowed for easy set-up, the headset is very comfy, and the screen is very easy to read. The only two downfalls of this product from what I have experienced so far. To begin, for a first time user it would be useful if the instructions also included how to use the phone (i.e. answer calls) which I have figured out through process of elimination. Last, which is the reason for me rating it as a 3 instead of a 4. There are 3 settings for volume Hi Lo and Off... well I have a number specifically for work and my home office is set up in a corner of my bedroom. My annoyance isn't like other people who complained of the ringer being too loud or too low. My issue is that my ringer doesn't turn off so I have Hi Lo (which is Med) and Off (which is Lo). I know I can just unplug the phone for silence not that I'm being lazy. I just don't want to have to plug and unplug my dial pad every time I want to get some sleep especially when the off switch is supposed to silence it.

I purchased this for my cousin who recently got a home based customer service job. He was convinced that an affordable quality Dial Pad with Head Set did not exit. After a few months he has found these to be very comfortable and likes all the added features. He has since retired his old Plantronics set. I tested these myself when I set them up and the volume was more than adequate and I heard no feedback. The mic quality is also very good.

I bought one of these for both my mom and me as we both work from home. The mute button works just fine, the sound is phenomenal, the ringtone is very loud but can be adjusted, and the customers can usually hear me pretty well. The only problem I have had with this phone is setting the time. Whenever a customer calls the time will reset itself back to 2009. Yikes! Other than that I really don't have any complaints about this phone.

I love what it is and what it does but it is very difficult to just reach over and answer. I always have to say wait just a moment I am getting my headset on . Once on it works well and if you talk on the phone for long periods it is a must have . Very good price but instructions difficult to read Ringer is also very soft even at highest setting . It is great for out bound or long talks. A pain to answer or even hear ring.

You all have created a masterpiece. Beats the heck out of using the traditional telephone. The clarity is without a doubt impeccable.I'm enjoying it wholeheartedly for my career with Triple A (AAA).Thank you very much.-Will

I like the phone and everything was as expected, except the headphone volume. I'm a from home interpreter and need to hear loud and clear. My old BROKEN phone is louder than this one. I have the volume on max and I still can hear well and clients complain that they can hear me as well either. Is there anything I can do about that? I wonder if its damaged. This phone is PERFECT for anyone working from home; very compact so not much desk space needed. Wish it had a volume button for the headset; other than that would highly recommend. Headset very comfortable even wearing 8-10 hours daily!
