Outset Acacia Wood and Leather Heavy Duty, Extra Large Fly Swatter, Brown

This thing is quality made and looks great. Sure beats a cheesy wire and plastic model. My only complaint would be the rivets are a little loose that hold the leather on.

Got this cuz i was sick of plastic flyswatters breaking on me (i show no mercy). But when people see this flyswatters their minds go elsewhere..if ya know what i mean

I’m impressed! It’s really heavy duty. I expect it to last YEARS! Nice smooth wood handle & the swatter is a fairly thick yet pliable leather with holes. Flies run from the sight of it 🤣

Sturdy handle, but very short. The leather swatter is not very durable.Very expensive for what you get.

For some reason we have been inundated by flies this year. We had a plastic fly swatter that quickly deteriorated. We tried repairing with duct tape etc...but it just died. This fly swatter is powerful, sturdy, and effective. My wife and i remarked on its high kill rate. $20 is a bit expensive for a fly swatter. But you are unlikely to ever need another one after this one. also it looks nice...while we don't have it mounted on the fireplace hearth..it is not one of the garish neon number you took away in a drawer.

Nice fly swatter. Has taken many lives. Doubles as a spider killer. Not flimsy garbage from the dollar store. Most flies vacate once I wield this impressive weapon. Those that stay and dare to challenge me, have all perished. Well built solid wood handle. Wide leather surface for those that are aim challenged. Have not missed a target yet. Glad this was not around when I was a kid. Would have made a great disciplinary device. My ass would still have welts on it.

This is an instance of you get what you pay for. It is more money than the usual cheap plastic fly swatters we had previously but the quality is obvious. I grew tired of small pieces of plastic breaking off each time I tried to use cheap fly swatters then having to pick up the broken pieces to discard. My husband had to duct tape the handle when the previous one bent yet again and finally snapped in two. This wood and leather fly swatter is worth the price and does the job.

This is an excellent, well made, sturdy product using what looks and feels like quality materials, which as the headline implies, enables it for use in multiple ways. It's not sheer at all (IDK, ask Amazon why that's important to know). So why the 3 Stars? I bought for swatting flies and other critters. It will absolutely smash those buggers. Here in lies the problem. It's gonna get messy. Those flimsy, cheap plastic swatters look like garbage and feel like air, and dont always kill the fly, but they will rarely smear it all over the death surface. This swatter may have been designed for Australia. I would suggest using thinner leather & some sort of light support (maybe grommet inserts or ridged stitching... or a sheerer material for the Amazon coding nerds). Bottom line, Im feel pretty confident I just purchased a fly swatter that will outlast me.

This thing obliterates insects, definitely a manly scattered. The handle is a great length paired well with the perfect sized swatting device securely riveted to the end. If it ever breaks, it will definitely be replaced by the same brand.
