How should we safely store these batteries at home?

I made a battery bunker out of a cinder block and Sheetrock. You can also use a Lipo bag. Try to keep battery at about 30% charge during storage. I always charge Lipo batteries in my battery bunker.

What c charge rate is it 2c?

Do these work with the inflight protek35 4s

IF Your Quad takes a 4S Battery and uses a XT-60 connector, Then this battery will work.

What is the viltage i should charge these up to for immediate use?

You absolutely need to charge these with the correct Lipo charging system. They should be balanced, charged as well. iI’s not as much as full voltage reading as volts Per cell. The correct voltage per cell should read 4.20 across all 4 cells. Slightly different readings between cells is acceptable but not desirable. So in answer to your question a fully charged pack should read 16.8 volts
